MParkiety is a company run by Marcin Przybyła in Kalisz. We renovate wooden floors and stairs in homes, flats and businesses.
A wooden floor can last for generations. It only needs the worn layer taken off from time to time and a good finish.
Some people call before moving into an old flat, others want to freshen up the floor at home after years. Either way, we start by looking at the wood.

Owner
Marcin Przybyła has been sanding floors and stairs, laying parquet and caring for lacquered and oiled floors professionally for 18 years. From the first call to the handover of the floor you talk to one person: the one who looks at the wood, advises on the finish and does the work.
Questions about the date, the colour or preparing the flat go straight to someone who knows the answer.
How we work
Four rules we keep on every job.
We look at the floor first
We check the thickness of the wear layer, the gaps and the places that need repair. Only then do we give a price.
We say when less is enough
If the floor only needs freshening up rather than full sanding, we tell you straight away.
We agree the colour on a sample
Before staining or oiling we show a sample on your own wood, so the colour is not a surprise.
We clean up after ourselves
After the work we leave the room clean and tell you how to look after the floor in the first weeks.
How we renovate a floor
From bare wood to a finished surface.
We sand in several passes with ever finer paper until the old lacquer and the worn layer are gone. Then we fill the gaps, sand smooth and apply the finish.
